How to unlock the Freak out! achievement in Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden - Definitive Guide
As Admiral Blunts states in his/her solution, there isn't enough points to do both your mutations and stats, however, provided you are meticulous and kill every enemy in the game, you can easily afford all stats except the final one, so don't worry about buying stats early to help you make progress through the game.
Killing all enemies may sound daunting, but there are usually only 2 or 3 groups in each area and the areas are quite small, so finding them is easy. You can also, and should, avoid some fights and come back to them when properly prepared. All areas can be re-visited, so you won't lock yourself out at any point.
When I finished the game I was level 75, which is approximately how many skill points you will receive, although you get a few less for the 3 additional characters you find throughout the game. Fear not, though, as you will still have enough points to buy the first 4 stats for every character and all mutations if you kill everything. In fact, you could even do so if you only level into the high 60s.
Finally, you can still purchase mutations after the final boss fight, so if you're short one or two, that fight should give you the necessary points.
Finally, finally, all characters earn the same amount of points whether or not you use them, so you only need to go the Ark switch an unused character into the squad and purchase their mutations, then you can switch them out again if you don't want to use them.

Very true. I used my points to buy the first four stat upgrades, then at level 65 I had enough points to buy all mutations for all characters.

Just an FYI before going for this, you will not have enough skill points if you upgrade the right path (HP up, move distance, grenade throw distance, etc) So unlock all of the mutations before going after the right tree.
I just finished the game, having killed every single enemy, and was missing about 15 skill points to unlock all of the mutations.

You can get the first 2, wait till u have all mutations, then go back to stats. WT has great suggestions for when and where.

Unlock all characters mutations, this is bound to be missable if you buy the last ability before the last mutation, I don't think there is XP enough for gaining so many levels. I haven't tried to find a grind method, if there are it must be during fights because enemies doesn't respawn in this game.

It is necessary to clear all locations completely. Then, towards the end of the game, leveling will be enough to learn all the mutations.

You only need to learn mutations! The right column is characteristics; they are not needed to achieve this!!

Version 1.13 full edition with DLC (12/13/2020)
The trophy is buggy, you need to open all the mutations BEFORE you get to Eden (since after this the DLC begins with improved mutations for the main characters and the addition of a new character, and after that the trophy does not fall even if you pump up Moose to the fullest)
If you are going for one playthrough, first download all the Mutations, and only then download the Characteristics (right column)
If you only download mutations for all characters, then approximately in the Sky Spear/Grog House area) you can get a trophy.
