Big Khan works like every other companion, he’s in the Water Risers, early on, just walk up to him and he’ll join your party after the cutscene plays and the achievement will pop.
If you’re wondering if he’s good... he’s another Crit based character, like Farrow (and shares several of her Mutations along, including Circuit Breaker and Frog Legs). His Ground Pounder is really important for a few pulls if you’re in Iron Mutant, but with the new Hats Farrow and Dux dramatically outperform Big Khan plus whoever else you could possibly field. With the lack of Corpse Eater he makes a crappy tank, to be honest, and as a sniper he’s outclassed by everyone but Bormin.
