How to unlock the Majestic Crank achievement in MX Nitro - Definitive Guide
There are 12 "online" tracks in the game, with 3 stars per track, for a total of 36 online stars. This means you need to win 36 online races. This is a lot harder than it seems. Now onto the guide.
You do not race against actual humans, but rather the ghost of their best time on the track.
You are matched against opponents whose times are 3-10 seconds faster than yours depending on the track. The most efficient way to earn wins is to win as slowly as possible. If you are about to finish the track and you are more than 20 meters ahead of second place then slam your brake before you cross the finish line to finish with a slower time. This will allow you to race slower opponents for your second and third win.
I made the mistake of busting out my best times on win one of most tracks then having to grind tracks for over an hour to shave 2.0 seconds off of an already solid time to beat the next guy on that track. I ended up in the top 10 leaderboards of 11 tracks because of this mistake, which greatly increased my effort needed.
The online tracks are unlocked as you beat bosses on them in single player. Your best single player time is carried over to the multiplayer leaderboards so the strategy of winning with the slowest time possible applies to these specific tracks in single player as well.
Andes Foothills
Forest Morning
Old Kingdom Race
Grove Hills
Midnight Show
Uncared Pass
Slums Breakthrough
Foundered Shore
Sand Pursuit
Dirt & Slums
Reservoir Zone
Red Rock Descent
The last thing I have to say is that again, you are racing against ghosts, so feel free to pause the game and take a break during a multiplayer race. You can also restart as many times as you need if you get off to a bad start or you know you aren't going to win.
This is my first attempt at a guide, and I know this won't get much traffic being a smaller game, but any feedback is welcome. Thanks for reading!

What an awful idea for an achievement, basically punishing better players. Oh well, I've finished 6 of the tracks, with multiple top 10's. Half way there! Great written guide man!

Not going to lie, this is as much of a restart bashing mode than a Trials Game.
You need to win on each individual track in online mode 3 times, sounds easy? No. Depending how fast your lap times are the opponents get faster. I have on average spent half hour on each track trying to Master them to beat between 16th to 4th in the world.
I can only suggest practise on each track. Ride them a couple times and if the other online bikers are flying ahead watch the lines and jumps they are taking.
I currently am one single medal away from my achievement.
