Best way to get this is by doing the short track Kinoko. Set to 5 laps, amateur difficultly (or higher if you want), and win 5 times. I suggest doing this on MX's instead of ATV's, because Kinoko is a pretty tight course, but its completely up to you.

If things are not going quite as planned, you can us the RESTART button in race, as well as for the next race.

Yes to add to that comment results are NOT counted until you cross the finish line. So lets say you win 1 then it looks like you arent going to win the next just restart the race and it will act like the race you were just on never happened. It took me about 12 race attempts but I only crossed the finish line 5 times in 1st never crossed it the rest so my only results were 5 firsts the other 7 never happened. Works for 3 podiums too.

Play on Rookie difficulty, set the laps to the minimum, and win five races in a row. This is not difficult at all on Rookie difficulty, just make sure to brake and use the 
on sharp turns and you should get this no problem.

Tip from Blessorship:
You can restart a race through the pause menu if you know you aren't going to win and it won't reset your count. Although I do not think you can restart at the end of the race if you don't win. I can confirm you can reset during the race.
