Pretty obvious here, just wreck 50 times. I know that you can bailout on your bike by holding LB, RB, and clicking in the Left and Right stick all at the same time. Your rider will just fall off their bike. Thats the way I got this achievement, I dont know if its changed or not.

This should come naturally as you progress, but if not just wreck intentionally.

Will come quickly. In Free Ride you will likely wreck yourself quite a bit trying to do stunts. Wrecks in races also count.
