During an event if you land incorrectly or another racer hits you hard enough an orange arrow will pop up in the center of your screen.
When this happens move your right thumb-stick in the direction indicated by the arrow. This will count as one avoided wreck. Repeat this process 100 times for the achievement.
To make this easier you can equip the rider skill that gives you a larger window of opportunity to avoid wrecking.

As you play through the game, you may notice an orange arrow pointing in a certain direction prior to a wipe-out. Push the 
in the direction prompted to save yourself from a wreck. Do this 100 times.

You’ll notice that when you land awkwardly an arrow appears that will point either forward, backwards, left or right. Simply avoid wrecking by pressing the arrow that appears. You should get the majority of your wreck avoidances in free roam.
