For this achievement you simply have to level up any vehicle to 3 stars.
You need about 13.000 XP to reach the third star.
If you want to get some XP very fast, then you have to choose single player -> "Short Tracks" and "Kinoko".
Simply set it to 5 laps and race until you have enough XP gained.

Get one vehicle from any class to 3 stars. If you need to work on your vehicle XP, simply load up the short track Kinoko on a difficulty level you can reach first place at with minimum laps and keep winning until you reach 3 stars.
