From the main menu go to playground and to the waypoint ahead of you. Choose create waypoint path and place 4 waypoints and a finish line.

Test your track and after that choose exit and yes when it asks you if you want to create another waypoint path. Do this 5 times and you'll unlock the achievement. There's no need to publish your waypoint path.
