Nice videos to get an idea of the route, but don't be fooled, level 4 and 5 are not easy.
The extra tip I would add, is have a fully upgraded bike and choose the short gear ratio, especially for level 5, I just kept coming up short on it for many attempts, but after changing ratio got it on 2nd try.
You can miss some green and yellow, but it means you need to hit all the pinks, and ideally you want to hit all the time markers, so you have time to hit all the pinks as these are the most awkward
