This is for winning either an MX1 or MX2 Championship during career mode. I managed to win the MX2 Championship in my first season pretty convincingly so if you play on easy and with base assists on you should get this one in your first or second season depending if you transferred to an MX1 team during the first year or not.
You don't actually have to play the full championship to unlock the achievement, it unlocks when you can no longer be mathematically caught.
