This is earned at the start of the game after you wake up from the Chinese Market dream. After you get out of bed head downstairs and head outside via the front door and go root threw your garbage can left side of screen to find the bobby pin head back upstairs and use the bobby pin on the right door/ your big sisters room and you will get a picture head back downstairs and into the hall next to the stairs leading to the kitchen. Use the picture on the refrigerator to unlock the achievement.

Chapter 1:
Get the bobby pin out of the trash can and open the other bed room. Hang the picture you found on the fridge to get this achievement.

Velvet
This is missable during a playthrough but can be earned through Chapter select by replaying the chapter A Bad Dream.
When you arrive to the house the first time, go outside. You don't have to talk to Sombria yet (the girl smoking by the front door) but you can if you want. If you do talk to her, you can skip this dialogue with no effect to any trophies.
If you've skipped/once you've finished the dialogue, head to the trash cans on the left side of the house (you'll need to walk between the house and mailbox to get to them). Interact with the trash cans and pick up a Bobby Pin. Go back inside the house and up the stairs to the second floor. Head to the right and you'll find Sombria's bedroom door. Stand in front of the door and open your inventory with
, then use the Bobby Pin with 
. Go through the dialogue and you'll eventually pick up a Bloody Picture.
Go back downstairs and head into the kitchen (the doorway just right of the stairs). Stand in front of the fridge (to the left of the sink). Open your inventory with and use the Bloody Picture with . The picture will change and unlock the trophy.
