At the start of chapter 2 you will be in a therapist office skip the conversation and walk out the door into the waiting room. Head over to the receptionist window on left side of screen and interact with the brochure rack in front of the window to unlock this achievement.

After you choose the object to give your therapist, you will end up in the lobby of the office. There will be three couches: one on the left, one on the top, and one on the right - all forming a "U" shape. To the left of the top couch is a brochure rack. Interact with this rack and you'll make a comment about the Dayfield Motel, thus unlocking the trophy.
