This achievement is for returning a lost key to the fish/sushi shop owner at the start of the game in the Market place. in order to obtain this first obtain the chopsticks from the Ramen shop owner then use the chopsticks on the animal cages under the pink arrow at the top of the market, this will get you the key you need. Before you return it open the door below the steam by the manhole cover. When that is done return the key to the fish/sushi shop owner to gain your achievement.

If you already passed this section of the game without returning the key, you have to start a new game to try again (the marketplace is not selectable in chapter select).

Before chapter 1 in the nightmare:
Get the key from the animal cage, open the door (I didn't enter, not sure if you can't unlock the achievement after you entered the room) and give the key back the the shop owner.

Velvet
This is missable during a playthrough and cannot be earned through Chapter Select. The only way to go back to this section is to start a completely new game (but don't worry, even if you start a new game, Chapter Select will still be available so long as you have finished the game).
At the very start of the game, you'll be in a Chinese Marketplace. Just above the Noodle shop is a store vendor. Speak with him and he'll ask you if you've seen a key anywhere. You won't at the start but will locate it shortly after.
After speaking with him, talk to the Noodle vendor just below. You'll receive Noodles (which will unlock Yummy Noodles) and, after eating said Noodles, a pair of Chopsticks. It the top right area of the Marketplace is a vent with a cage just to the right of it (just below the neon arrow). Hit
to open your inventory and then 
to use the Chopsticks on the cage to receive the key. DO NOT GIVE the man they key yet. Instead, go down to the bottom right of the Marketplace and unlock the door that's just above the sewer. Go inside and exhaust the dialogue. Interact with the breaker box in the top right of that room to receive a Coat hanger.
When you have it, now you can go back to the vendor. Hit to open up your inventory and when you are over the key. This will return the key to him and unlock the trophy.
