When you give first talk to the Noodle-loving spirit before feeding Noodles to said Noodle-loving spirit for Noodles will appease the spirit., he will give you a Mushroom. Head back to the Noodle Shop and stand next to the large man eating at the table (he'll be all black with a white face). Open your inventory with
and use the Mushroom with him. Exhaust the dialogue and you'll receive a large, special leaf. Head back down 3 screens until you are back at the bus stop (it will be raining now). Use the leaf with Sombria. Exhaust the dialogue and the trophy will unlock.
