this is earned During Chapter 4 laundry. After you get the key and make your way out of the sewers, you will end up in a market with your sister. There are 4 people you need to talk to. On the left side of the market is a guy sweeping the ground next the guy running the Ramen shop, next talk to the two guys in the fish/sushi shop with the large OPEN sign. After that head down the large stairs and talk to the guy in white sitting on some boxes.

After you have drained the water in the sewer and picked up the key for the Bath House, you’ll find yourself in a small town. You need to speak with all the people in the town to unlock the trophy.
