Chapter 11 You will be back at your house this is one of Six ending and you need to do all six for separate achievements.
For this ending first, you want to grab the bobby pin out of the garbage and head into the house head upstairs and grab the screwdriver from the from the table next to your room and head back downstairs and into the kitchen and then into the bathroom you will notice a trap door in the floor, use the screwdriver to open the trap door and head inside you will find Someone down there after a conversation head back up to the second floor and use the bobby pin on you sister door when your inside here room you will unlock the loop.

This is one of 6 endings available for the game. If you miss it on your initial playthrough, use Chapter Select and replay "Break or Strengthen".
After the section in the Train Station, you'll find yourself back home. Exhaust the dialogue with Sombria outside the house (you can skip the dialogue here). When you have control, inspect the trash cans on the left side of the house (you’ll need to walk between the mailbox and house to get to them) to pick up a Bobby Pin. Go inside the house and up the stairs. Inspect the small cupboard just to the right of Luzia's bedroom door (the door on the left) and you'll receive a Screwdriver. Head downstairs and into the kitchen, then into the bathroom (the top right door). Use the screwdriver on the hatch and go down to the basement. Once you regain control, head back upstairs, through the kitchen and into the living room. Go through the dialog with the Noodle Lady and head on up stairs. Stand in front of the bedroom door on the right (Sombria's room) and use the Bobby Pin to unlock it. Exhaust all the dialogue (you can’t skip any of it) until the credits start to roll, unlocking the trophy.
