Beginning of Chapter 2.
Once you have freed the Rabbit from the tree, all of the test tubes on the tree are accessible. Click on each of the four test tubes that have corks in them to remove the corks. See below:

Chapter 2
Once you've freed Rabbit from the tree he's stuck in at the very beginning of the chapter, you will have access to all of the test tubes needed for this trophy. Four of the test tubes have corks in them – just click on the corks to open the test tubes and unlock this trophy. You need to uncork a couple of them for the story anyway.
