You will use an axe to chop boards away on this back shelving unit and it will reveal three arms here. You can attach each of them to the robotic moose, and each of them has a different tool attached to the end of it. This achievement requires us to use all three arms, so you need to use the incorrect arms first, and the correct arm last. When you use the correct arm, it progresses the story and you won't be able to use them anymore, so you must use this last.
The middle arm with the circular saw blade is the correct arm, so you want to use this one last. So, first, use the left arm with the feather on the end of it. Attach it to the moose and click on him so he goes out and attempts to use it. He will fail, so click him again to bring him back in. Next, use the third arm on the right which has scissors on it. Attach it and send the moose out, he will fail again, and click him to bring him in. Finally, use the second arm with the circular saw blade. This time, he will be successful.

Chapter 3: Use first the scissors and the feather, otherwise the story will progress

In the Tracks House cellar, you will build a small robotic moose. Also in this cellar you can axe down some wooden boards to access three robot arms. Ultimately you need to put the sawblade arm on the moose, but before you do that, put the feather arm and the scissors arm on the robot moose.
Once you've put an arm on the moose, click the arrow on its chest to send it outside and attempt to cut down the tree. When it fails to do so, click the arrow to send it back inside so you can swap out its arm. Do this process with the feather arm and the scissors arm first, because you can't do this once you've done it with the sawblade arm (the moose won't work anymore).

Eventually you'll be able to enter the little building on the far left screen. Inside is a moose robot, and there are three hands hanging on the right side to choose from. The correct hand is the saw blade in the middle. So first choose the other two, the feather and the scissors. With each one, send the robot moose to the right to use the hand on the land chunk, then send him left and change hands. Use the saw hand last and this will unlock.
