Chapter 2
When you open the freezer, you will see a block of ice in the lower left with a chisel in front of it. Pick the chisel up and use it on the block of ice. You will automatically sculpt an ice swan.

Chapter 2
Once you can access the freezer in the doctor's office, you'll see a file on the bottom shelf, next to a sleeping penguin. Use this file on the block of ice next to where you found it and you'll unlock this trophy. You need to do this before using the file on the block of ice with the power cord in it.

Towards the end of the chapter you'll go inside a freezer with a rotating set of three tubes inside, each holding various items. There is an ice chisel inside. Use it on the ice block in the lower left corner to make an ice sculpture and unlock this achievement.
