Chapter 4
There are some large shells (4 dark shells and 1 yellow one) across 3 different screens that you need to click on to open them up for this achievement.
The first two shells are in the first scene when you are underwater, on the right of the submarine. Click them both so they open.
The next shell is one level up from this previous scene, on the far left. Click it so it opens.
The last two are one more level up, on the far left. Click both of the large shells so they open.
Achievement unlocked! :)

I saved the big yellow shell until last and achievement didn't pop until I opened it so I do believe it is part of the requirement.

Chapter 4
While technically missable, it's quite unlikely you will miss this trophy. There are four black clam shells in this chapter that need to be opened for this trophy. Three of them you will be required to open to progress through the story, and the optional one (it's empty) is right next to one of the aforementioned three clams, on the Balcony (the screen just above the Observatory, where you make the picture of the fish skeleton).

There are a total of 5 clam shells that you need to tap on to make them open.
- On the starting screen with the telescope, you can open the big one on the left side near the bottom.
- On the underwater screen there are two on the right side you can open.
- On the first screen you ascend to from the starting screen, the last two are in the lower left corner.
