You first opportunity for a barrel kill comes about halfway through the level. Jump on the barrel and run at full speed toward the enemy that comes out of the door and crush him. If for some reason this doesn't unlock for you the first try, jump to your death on the left (in the first picture) to respawn the barrel and enemy to try again.

Get on the barrel and ride into the enemy.


Crush the enemy at full speed for a "Barrel-Kill".
