The order of things excluding the 2 achievements from start (George's and Dad's):
Go left to the Grandparent's house hop in the car for the What’s in These Rockpools? Achievement (interact with the rock pool 3 times).
Go back and into the house, left into the kitchen grab the food, right and feed Polly. Wait and then grab the chicken. Get out and go left until you deliver the chicken. Go right grab the second chicken and deliver it. Go right and near the house find the 3rd chicken and deliver it for the Rounding Up the Chickens Achievement
Back to Peppa's house go inside. Automatically go to Windy Castle and get The View From Windy Castle Achievement
Hop in the car and hop again when at Peppa's house to go to the Playgroup. Right and interact with the tree, left, enter the building and interact with Madam Gazelle, left and interact with the ladder for the Helping Tiddles the Tortoise Achievement.
Left and interact with the bus. Enter the museum and go right until Rocket to the Moon! Achievement pops.

From Peppa's house run to the right, past the bikes, down the hill, up the next hill, past the balloon and into the forest.
You'll need to pick up garbage and when you get it all go back to where you saw Grandpa.
There will be a dotted line on the ground so interact with it. Go to the right and you'll find the source. The trophy will pop shortly after.

When you get to the forest you will be tasked with cleaning up the trash that is all over the ground. You do this by picking it up with 
and taking it to the garbage bin. In addition to the screen you are on there is also some located one screen to the right. Once all the trash is cleaned up head one screen to the right and the tracks will have appeared.
