For this Achievement you have to help all the residents of the neighborhood that you can, and choose to stay at the end of the game. (and possibly not kill the final boss - not sure if it's necessary, but I didn't kill them)

@Fuzzy Churro Cheats shouldn't prevent this achievement. I didn't know the requirements for it originally so My first game I helped everyone, but chose to leave, and in my 2nd Unfriendly playthrough I didn't bother to help Ray or Gobette and chose to stay.
So I quickly ran through the game a 3rd time using cheats and got it.
I specifically used: Infinite Ammo, Mega Wrench, Speedy Gordon, Fast Weapons, and Invincibility.

How weird, I did all the actions listed but didn't get the achievement upon completion. I did have cheats enabled but having cheats enabled didn't prevent anything other achievements unlocking so far. Maybe ill do a quick run through on easy difficulty without cheats and see if that works.
