Or say No, get in your truck and drive off to get:
The Canceled Yet Again achievement in My Friendly Neighborhood worth 66 pointsGordon rejected Ricky's offer.
If you want both achievements and don't plan to play through the whole game again:
After completing the game in Normal Mode or higher you should have unlocked Free-cam Mode.
Turn it on, Start a new game (may as well pick the Unfriendly difficulty), enter the building as you normally would, but go up stairs and enter room 121 and then leave. leaving the building will trigger the end of the game.
This will also get you the S ranking achievements as long as you don't have any cheats on.
