Stage 5 Is Accessed Via the Sewers through the 2nd Electronic locked door you need 4 fuses to unlock. (labeled Sound stage basement on map)
But the 2nd door requires a hidden fuse found in Stage 4, in the Set Storage room (need red Diamond Key to reach)
The fuse is inside a Safe, the code for the safe is shown on a film Reel that is also found in the sewers (in the green diamond key locked room with the Film Developer)
Now you just need to arrange the fuses in the order shown in the Safe:
While your here, you may as well collect the 3 gems scattered around the room and unlock the chest that contains the Conclusion and gain the following achievement:
The Pure Rhetorical Power achievement in My Friendly Neighborhood worth 43 pointsFind the Conclusion.
