Simply raise your account level to 50, so this will come naturally no matter what. There are a few ways to speed the process up.
Besides just playing well, you can speed things up by joining an agency, playing with people on your in-game friend list ("buddies") and playing with other members of your own agency. You can stack the buddy and agency member buffs with both teammates, giving 4% more Exp total. The agency buff itself can push it up 10 to 20 percent, depending on how much it has been upgraded.
Besides using those buffs, simply forget about this achievement and work on other unlocks while you wait for this to finish.
