Agency Points (blue orbs with the P) are the hardest form of currency to obtain.
The main source of them are as random drops after completing games ranging from denominations of 35-1000 500 or 1000 (after October 26, 2023 update).
Daily Logins and Daily/Weekly/Seasonal Missions will give you a pittance but refresh every day/week/season.
Another source is going to be the Hero License (Battle Pass).
Every season has 2700 available in the Hero Pass (Free) and another 500 available in the Pro Pass (Premium).
Mission Events will have 7000 3200 (as of Mission Event 3, February 7, 2024) available in the Event section of the Standard Shop whenever they are live.
Battle Events will have 5000 as event mission prizes whenever they are live.
Agency Events will have 4500 as event mission prizes whenever they are live.
Getting to a million is probably going to take awhile, unless the devs decide to make Agency Points more available.

I've been averaging about 10k a day after the most recent update. Probably just playing more than you, but it's definitely doable imo

How long are you playing? That is good to hear though. Even then, that is a total of 100 days of playing every day. Still crazy, but doable ineed

I do think a method of losing quickly and joining new games could be viable, just spamming as many losses/bonuses as possible. But I haven't tried yet.

Lets hope the new game modes and events are quicker and allow us to grind quickly too. That have a battle event coming soon, they mentioned other game modes in the survey as well, maybe we'll get lucky

So, I sent a support ticket to Bandai and they replied very quickly!
They said that they cant promise anything but the team will look into it the requirements.

As it stands, there is no real way of grinding for the 1M Agency points.
There are multiple players with over 1000 hours in the game who are not close to getting the achievement.

I keep holding out hope for a nerf to drop rates, or an agency focused event. I feel it's going to stay the way it is though, if everyone was power leveling agencies it would throw the whole leaderboard into chaos. P

I have like 200hours and I feel like I have no more than 100k Agency Points.
I am 300k away from the gold achievement, but at this point I don't feel like playing it anymore tbh. I wouldn't mind if it was my last one, but with such a long way to go for the Agency, I might be done.

Even after the update, this seems unreasonable, you can play all day and get like 3000... That is still 330 days of playing every day, if you get lucky.

Contribution points would be a muchy better way of going about this, it is still quite a grind, but not 2000 hours, which is my estimate at the moment...

At least 8 hours, a lot of it depends on the servers. There are some times when I can't find a single lobby, then others where it's a game back to back. Even if my team of randoms gets smoked in the first minute, I've gotten 1000 agency points and been able to queue right up almost instantly into another game.
I honestly can't tell if the player base is dwindling or the servers are crap.

I went into their discord and commented the following on their Submitted-Feedback section of discord:
"Agency Points should be available to buy with Gold.
Gold becomes irrelevant very quickly due to the very limited amount of stuff to buy.
The ability to buy Agency Points with Gold would allow for another way of helping the progression of the Agency, as well as help with the ridiculous grind for the 1Million Agency Points Achievement/Trophy."
Maybe if we can get more engagement on this, they will pay more attention?
