Complete all challenges in each of the 8 Events, Kentucky being the last, on the Amateur difficulty.
You will have to beat the game on Professional difficulty as well as the achievements for beating the game on each difficulty do not stack when done on Professional first.
Note that you do not need to get gold medals in each event to unlock this achievement. Finishing each event in at least third place (Bronze medals) is required.
