My Horse And Me 2

This achievement should unlock after completing all mini-games, getting gold in all events and training levels plus collecting the gift packages from the ranch. There is 1 gift in the stable, 1 in the house, 1 inside the labyrinth mini-game and the rest are dotted around the training field behind the house.

There are three items in each of the six categories (= 18 items in total) which you can find/earn (horse equipment doesn't differ between disciplines/casual, they are always the same):
