just meet Zipp (white pony, pink and blue mane) towards the far left of the beach area. you should have had to do a bunny herding mini game in the same area prior. the zipp flying mini game should be a few steps over. just complete it (once again I'm not sure you can fail) and the achievement should pop out of the cutscene
