Once you get towards the end of the game. the goal will be to get into the factory to catch sprout
once in there, the mini-game SHOULD start right away. As far as I am aware this achievement is unmissable
Just dodge the obstacles and collect the horseshoes. Im not sure if you can even fail. and then once the final cutscene plays the achievement should unlock at the credits roll.

After finishing up on Beach Cove (see Where did magic go?
), you'll be back on Mane Street. Walk right for a cutscene, then after giving a rousing speech from a rooftop, head to the area where the smoothie booth was. After some platforming, you'll start a chase minigame.
After some cutscenes, the credits will roll and you'll unlock this trophy.
