After the dance competition on Main Street. A magic mirror will appear, go to it and click on neck to equip the Main Street medal. To you’re right will be hitch, and interact with him so you can be granted access to town park. After a series of events in town park including gathering fruit and clues you will move to the right and proceed and the achievement will unlock shortly after.

Level four, Town Park, starts with another round of billboard sabotage and a trading chain – this time you'll need to kick down fruit from two trees near the paint booth, then grow a pumpkin in a nearby patch and roll it to the paint booth.
Once you've fixed the billboard, head to the far right of the park, and after some platforming, you will run an obstacle course and herd crabs for Hitch, after which you'll need to play a new herding minigame. After finishing it, you'll unlock this trophy.
