How to unlock the The Neigh-gotiator achievement in MY LITTLE PONY: A Maretime Bay Adventure - Definitive Guide

Story-related and cannot be missed.
After helping Hitch in level four, Town Square (see Pro Herder
), you will need to return to level three (Mane Street) and watch Sprout deliver a speech. After which, go to the far left of this part of the level to encounter Marcel the rabbit, who will send you on a series of fetch quests.
First, you'll need a smoothie. Thankfully you can just get a smoothie, but you only have 60 seconds to bring the smoothie back, and suddenly there are boxes everywhere. You still have more than enough time to get back.
Second, you'll need some sunglasses. The fashion booth is nearby; grow a red flower in the empty pot in front of the booth to get some in exchange.
Finally, you'll need to get three balloons. One is on top of the booth next to the fashion booth, is attached to the billboard, and one is next to the smoothie booth.
Once you've delivered all of these items to the extortionist rabbit, you'll unlock this trophy.
