Midway through the second level, Crystal Brighthouse, Izzy will meet you at a broken bridge and ask you to find the three things needed to repair it (even though they're all super close to her). Once you've gathered the items, return them to her for a cutscene and a tutorial. Once you've fixed the bridge, the trophy will unlock.
