How to unlock the W.I.N.G.S. Cadet achievement in MY LITTLE PONY: A Maretime Bay Adventure - Definitive Guide

In town park head to the right. After the cliffs, before you reach the area with the bunnies there is a blue Pegasus type pony named zoom and he will ask if you wanna do the obstacle course. Complete it for an achievement.

UPDATE 6/2/22: you may have to finish the game and go back to town park and speak to zoom again for the obstacle course to become available.

I was confused by this for a second, but came back and talked to Zoom for a 2nd time and because he gave you back the roller skates he stole, that's what unlocks the 2nd obstacle course.

I don't see zoom in the park at all

Edit: nvm, zoom is not the rainbow hair pegasus like I thought. Right after the woods (going left after entering park) there is a guard you talk to for this race.

Soon after unlocking Glowing up trophy_gold.png you will run through another obstacle course, after which you will unlock Sunny's rollerblades. Once you've done so, equip them (triangle.png) and speak with Zoom. You'll do the obstacle course again, but this time you'll be in rollerblades. After skating through the course, you'll unlock this trophy.

If you missed out on this during your story runthrough, you can still access it after finishing the game and entering free roam.
