This trophy is cumulative and can be done over multiple plays.

In order to get the syringe, you must first find the nurse (See Six six six for map) and then get her to a helicopter spot without her dying. When she is safe and boards the helicopter, she'll give you the syringe, which is basically an extra life.

Once you have it, go out and let yourself be killed and the game will automatically use the syringe to bring you back to life. Rinse and repeat 30 times and the trophy will pop after the final one.

You can see how you are progressing by going to the trophy room and going to the spot where that trophy will be (10th from right).
