I'm not 100% certain as to when each mission becomes available, I was able to finish the final Tree Farm mission shortly after "Let There Be Light", which I finished around the middle of Month 3. Each mission is outlined in their respective spoiler tag.
"Fixing the Fence" (might not be needed, cannot verify if this one is missable or not)
The first mission, "Fixing the Fence" is a secondary mission with the time limit of 14 days. You'll need to have the Civic Cutter in order to get wood boards.
Head to the Tree Farm, to the left of the entrance of Cherry Plaza, and up the dirt path. Aadit will be at the gates with a mission.
Being 5 Wooden Boards (using 40 wood) to the Tree Farm to complete the first mission.
"Panbat Infestation"
The next mission, "Panbat Infestation" becomes available only if the previous mission, and "Let There Be Light" are completed.
You will need to visit the Tree Farm and find a way to get rid of the Panbats. Head to the Research Center and after a short cutscene, pick either option (it doesnt seem to matter which one, but picking both blueprints increases your friendship with Petra +10).
You will need to craft the following depending on which print you selected:
Loudspeaker (easy, PBs flee):
- 4 Hardwood Planks (20 Hardwood) - 9 Copper Plates (27 Copper Bars) - 2 Copper Coils (uncommon drop in the Sewage Plant, or by crafting 3 Copper Wires (found often in the Sewage Plant) and 2 Iron Bars - 2 Simple Circuts (found in Ruins 1, common in Sewage Plant.
Boombox (complicated, PBs remain, but are not hostile and cannot be attacked)
- 2 Copper Coils - Cassette Box (3 Iron Bars and 4 Rubber Fruit) - 8 Bronze Plates (24 Bronze Bars) - 2 Leather Horn (10 Copper Bar, 18 Blue Leather, 2 Copper Coils) - 2 Small Silicon Chips (found in Ruins, uncommon in Sewage Plant)
Return to the Tree Farm and complete the mission.
"Saving the Tree Farm"
The mission "Saving the Tree Farm" is the last, but most time consuming, of the missions. This should be available the next day after the previous mission is completed.
After talking with Aadit, you'll need to talk with Petra again, and obtain the blueprints. For these youll need to craft several higher tier items. Stock up on Copper, Iron, Harswood, and Charcoal.
Water Engine
- 5 Old Parts (found in Ruins) - 2 Small Engines (found in Ruins, and Sewage Plant level 1) - 4 Steel Plates (12 Carbon Steel Bars) - 2 Bearings (8 Tin Ore)
Water Wheel
- 15 Carbon Steel Bar (75 Iron Ore and 15 Charcoal) - 50 Hardwood (NOT PLANKS) - 10 Old Parts - 12 Large Iron Buckets (occasionally found in Ruin 2, or by crafting 2 Iron Bars and 1 Copper Pipe)
Head to the western side of the map, past the farms, and place these. You'll then need to craft 2 more sets of items.
Water Storage
- 8 Hardwood Planks (40 Hardwood) - 15 Iron Bars (45 Iron Bars) - 8 Copper Pipes (24 Copper Bars)
Sprinklers x 4
- 8 Copper Pipes (24 Copper Bars) - 4 Valves (common in the Sewage Plant)
Place all the pieces and you'll complete the questline and earn the achievement.

Have everyone, not much to add to Leo's great explanation. I did Fixing the fence when I first got it in the mail, and both the Panbat Infestation quest and the water turning green happened on the same day in Month 2. Dunno if that's scripted or just my luck, but either way check the video if you need help at all. Thanks for watching!
