Progress through the story and eventually The Breach will open up. At this point you will probably start each day with at least 350 stamina. Try to go in as early as you can with a full stamina bar.
The first time you enter it will take you to a separate special instance of The Breach and freeze time. Usually it would cost you 4 hours and 200(?) stamina to enter, however this first time doesn't take it from you. I believe the game however still counts it.
After you've cleared The Breach, go and spend the rest of your 300+ stamina for the day by mining or whatever, and the achievement should hopefully pop the next morning!
