I'm not sure if it affects this achievement, but just in case, start on 1993 mode. On Myst Island there are 8 switches.
1. Straight ahead at the start.
2. Up the stairs by the gears.
3. Beside the observatory.
4. Beside the rocket ship.
5. Beside the sunken ship puzzle.
6. By the passage to the power station.
7. Beside the cabin.
8. Beside the clock tower.
Simply hit all 8 switches, then return to the one on the dock and hit the switch again. The white page will appear. Pick it up for the achievement.
