For this achievement you need to collect all 6 pages for each book. Six red pages and six blue pages. The game starts you off with one page and the 6th page is behind the fireplace, leaving you with 4 pages to collect, 2 in each "age" / area. The pages will always spawn in the same room, however, the location within that room is random. Open all of the drawers, look everywhere, there's usually only 3-4 spots where it may spawn.
Note: there's a bug on PC possibly on console too. Sometimes the page wont spawn, especially if you collected it on a previous playthrough and didn't close your game in between playthroughs. Closing the game and reopening it will help.
Mechanical Age:
Head into the main building, there are 2 paths you can take, left and right. Each path leads into a brother's room. Both rooms have a hidden switch. On the throne there's a little treasure box, open it to reveal a switch, hit it and a secret door will open just to the right of you. There's a page there. The other room has a blue switch on a glass cabinet. Hit it and a secret door will open to the left of you, again a page is there.

Stoneship Age:
Immediately after you spawn turn 180 degrees and head to the switch under the umbrella. Put the switch in the middle position and hit the button. The inside of the mountain will open up. Head to the mountain and there are 2 entrances into the mountain. Take each path to the very end to reach one of the brother's rooms. There in that room is the page.

Woods Age:
On top of the second level, after you take the second elevator up. One page is in a room to the left and the other page is in a room to the right (you need to pass through a torture room to get there. You can follow the guide in this achievement to get there:

Selenitic Age:
Possibly the easiest are to find the pages. Head straight over a bridge and up a little hill, the page is placed on a little workbench next to a little tiny lake, a pond perhaps. The next page is to the far right on a table surrounded by tall blue crystals, can't really miss these pages.

In Stoneship Age I was getting frustrated for a second in the room across from the exit-book corridor. Until I found the page on the right-hand side of the cabinet with three drawers - there are shelves on each side - this was on the bottom shelf on the right. (I'm playing random, so will probably be different location for you.

My blue page was in the drawer like @skittlebiz said. I am playing on classic mode.

You'll need a full play through of the game for this achievement. Simply collect the pages as normal and leave them on the shelf with either book, DON'T click them. Theres a total of six pages for each book. Both books start out with one, then you'll find a red and blue page in each of the ages you'll travel to (Channelwood, Mechanical, Stoneship and Selenetic). Finally, you will find the last blue and red page behind the fireplace puzzle, in the library. Place those with the other pages and pop goes the cheevo.
*The fireplace solution is written in the book on the bottom right book shelf, page 158. Take a picture with your phone and input it into the back of the fireplace.*
