Get to the cabin and enter 724 to open the safe (credit goes to Don Corno)
There's an ignition switch inside the safe, turn it on. Next to the boiler, there's a red wheel you need to rotate all the way to the right (it spins for a while). Try to be quick about it. Exit the cabin and head left (right if you're facing the cabin) there's a tree that will keep growing. Eventually, an elevator will pop up, enter it as it goes up, and given you turned the red wheel all the way to the right it will keep raising and you to your achievement.
