Pretty straight forward take the final Red Page from the fireplace and insert it into the Red Book. As soon as you insert the page a loading screen will appear and the achievement will pop.

It failed to display on screen when unlocked. If you saw no notification, check your Achievements.

Didn’t work, no loading screen when I placed the last red page in the book.
