You can find this puzzle in the third room, the Library.
From the starting point, head up the stairs on your right. Select the bust on your left and put the red gem in his chest. Head down the hall and select the next bust on the corner, put the yellow gem to the right of his eye. Head to the next bust to the left and put the green gem in the persons mouth. Then head to the final bust at the end of the hallway and put the blue gem in the person's forehead.
