For this achievement, you have to get 3rd or better in every event for the Arizona Amateur League & Cup event; Yosemite Amateur League & Cup event; Greece Amateur League & Cup event; and Andes Amateur League & Cup event.
The events are pretty generous and I find that if you're not in first at the end of lap 2 or 75% through a one lap race, the AI will be easy to pass near the end.
The Andes Cup will likely be the last event to finish for this one so that achievement will stack with this one and pop with each other, that achievement is the "Andes Cup medalist"
