This popped for me at the same time as Win 100 Xbox LIVE races. I did this with one dummy account and that is it. Only 2 racers and one never even finished the race. I used Nevetski`s solution for Win 100 Xbox LIVE races which is 2 player private, aqueducts , simple race, boost madness on and only 2 private slots available. Invite your friend and after every race the race will restart. You wont have to leave the lobby or reinvite. Even if you go get some lunch and no one finishes the match it didnt kick me.
