By coming in first on every event in tour mode you will get this during either the afterburner or stuntmania elimination the same applies for the other 3 similar achievements remember to set the difficulty to easy to give you the best chance of coming first

Just wanted to point out that you should be able to do this in Quick Event. After finishing the career I was stuck with 11/12 for Arizona and I know it was stunts challenge. I continued on to get it through Quick Event.

Is there a way to know which events you are missing and need to do again? I've won the tournament winning all gold medals but for some reason this did not unlock (I did get the ones for the other locations though)...
