The three modes are: Simple Race; Time Challenge; and Stunt. Detonator (from the DLC) isn't required.
Chances are you'll get this achievement by the end of the career mode, but if you don't go to "Off Road" from the main menu and set up a tournament. When you're choosing the tracks, select the Greece area and then add all the Greece courses to whatever mode you're playing. Simple Race and Stunt are most likely the ones you still need wins on, so try them first.
Remember, you have to finish first in every event. Changing the difficulty or using mutators won't affect the achievement, so feel free to turn down the difficulty or use the Boost Madness mutator if you're having problems.
