If you are like me and keep making silly mistakes, the easiest way is to play against a friend and just dashboard if you crash.
The game only saves at the end of the level. Can be done in private games as well, so just one on one :)

FFS I dashboarded, and all my stats were set back to zero. Over 70 online wins wiped out just like that. I would advise against dashboarding.

One more time.
Good track for attempting this is 'Mountain..' snowy one. It has only 2-3 jumps harder which you can easy learn and 3 short laps. Do not try achievement on any of longer 1-lap tracks if you don't want get frustrated :).
Turn on infinite boost, sometimes it can help if you are about to crash after jump.
