You can do it with a friend in a private online game.
But the player who need the achievement MUST be better classed in the ranking than the one you crush
Go to any map, Far West is easy with plenty of jumps .. crash your friend 2 times then let him crush you twice.
It has been reported by Mojo I Uk than you dont need to land on the opponent, an easy way of getting a crash is to drive into your opponent,then drive into the wall
Once its done, you must finish the race, the achievement will unlock as soon as all players cross the finish line

Hi Y4n, a comment regarding your solution. You only need to crash into your opponent twice then him crash you twice, no need to crush them. As stated highest ranked player get the achievement. An easy way of getting a crash is to drive into your opponent,then drive into the wall
