Flamebringers can be found in Morus' blessing chests that spawn within the golden circles found on the map. Its basically a flame throw so find a group fighting or individuals and let them burn.

It is also important to note that while they are super rare, you CAN find a Flamebringer in a trove as well, I found one yesterday in a blue trove
